TLRA is a full-service recovery agency with extensive collection capability and a strong focus on customized account management. Established in 1972, TLRA brings over 40 years of experience, an enriched culture, and a dedicated team of tenured, principled experts to service all collection needs. TLRA was acquired by CHRISTUS Health as part of CHRISTUS Health's formation in 1999 and operates now under an assumed name certificate as a "d/b/a" of CHRISTUS Health. TLRA is located in separate offices in Houston, Texas, with its own dedicated employees. TLRA's collection methodologies and practices are based on the mission of CHRISTUS Health of extending the healing ministry of Jesus Christ and the core values of Dignity, Integrity, Compassion, Excellence, and Stewardship. TLRA's collection activities are tailored to the unique needs of its client and applied to assigned accounts for surpassed recovery expectations consistent with CHRISTUS Health's values.
